About Lights A.M.

The band

Lights A.M. presents timeless electronic music from the North. Music from the heart of Erlend Eilertsen also known from the electronic rock band Essence Of Mind, who got into a creative bubble and created Lights A.M. to present his deepest feelings, thoughts and spiritual journey in an emotional as well as uplifting way.

After the first single teaser «Lightworker», the band is ready to present his unique and cinematic electronic music which evolves into melodic dreamwave with a touch of ambient and 80’s pop manifesting that the future is now! Organic and electronic, instrumental and with vocals, music with no boundaries.

In 2019 Lights A.M. will unveil both the regular EP «Shine Our Lights» as well as the debut full length instrumental concept album which currently goes under the working title «Stories Without Words».

Shine our Lights

Erlend Eilertsen, has just released the first EP for his solo project Lights A.M. The 5 track EP “Shine Our Lights” features mostly vocal based tracks. The lyrics are very emotional. They are dealing with our journey towards a more heart-centered and compassionate state of being, without neglecting the darker aspects of our lives. The unique and cinematic electronic music evolves into melodic dreamwave with a touch of ambient and 80’s pop manifesting that the future is now!

Erlend Eilertsen says:

The day has come to let my new band’s EP, “Shine Our Light”, out to the public. This project has actually been my main music priority the last couple of years, and it feels really good to finally release this one! I am also working on a full length concept album to release later this year, so stay tuned!
